How to use plastic wrap?
First aid
You can use plastic wrap for first aid, but please only use it temporarily and only as a last resort.
★ Temporary bandage

★ Sling

Rope

Holding in odors
Wrap used diapers and food waste so that they won’t smell. (Please wrap your dog poo! )

Message board
With a permanent marker, you can write a message on plastic wrap as if it was a piece of paper, and attach it it to a window or a wall.

Covering a broken window
Attach plastic wrap to a broken window or — if you know beforehand that a disaster is coming — cover your windows completely. A plastic wrap covering can provide a little protection against something like hurricane winds, and more importantly, can prevent bits of broken glass from being scattered across the floor, if the glass should break.

Putting items together
Wrap small items together in small bundles, and then keep them all together in a larger container. When you use a see-through container, it’s easy to see what’s inside.

Now you know many different ways to use plastic wrap. We covered just about everything except for cooking. Keep these ideas in a corner of your brain. They will help you in an emergency.
I will show you which plastic wraps I picked up, in my next post.
See you next time.
