A Handkerchief for Emergencies (3) #80

How to use a handkerchief in emergencies and in daily life.

Handkerchiefs are not just for first aid and survival in emergencies. We can use them in other ways, too.

I use paper towels all the time, and I don’t like doing laundry.

I have many bandanas, but they are sleeping in my closet.

I don’t want to buy a handkerchief just for emergencies.

Do you know that a handkerchief is a valuable, multi-purpose tool in emergencies?? We can use it for first aid, but we can also use it as a survival tool. In fact, we can use our handkerchief in our normal, non-emergency, day-to-day activities, too. If you know how to use handkerchiefs as part of your daily life, you might decide to set them up in your emergency stockpiles, in your home and in your backpack. You might even choose to carry a handkerchief in your pocket, all the time.

If you didn’t read my previous posts, #78 and #79, please check them out.
This post follows those two previous posts.

★ Eye mask

Make a sleep mask to help you sleep. It might not be completely dark enough, but it should help.

The handkerchief is more than just a square piece of cloth. It is a powerful tool with a wide range of uses. Check my next post! There is still more to come!!

See you next time.
